Cairo American College (CAC) - Phase III HS Renovation
The international school is located south of the Police Academy in New Cairo, Egypt. The total footprint area of school buildings is 3,200 m2. The school occupies the entire land 14,000 m2 area, includes indoor football, basketball, and volleyball fields, as well as two indoor swimming pools, two cafeterias, along with storerooms and a parking area. The school project was implemented in three main phases in 2008, 2010 and 2017. The school is designed by Nature (Main Consultant) / IDEAS & KEM (MEP Consultant)

Supply and Install; HVAC Works (Chilled Water System), Firefighting Works (Water System – Clean Agent System), Plumbing Works, and Electrical Works (Panel Boards – Power Cables – Earthing System – Light Current System)
